Blastoise
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Rain Dish
Tera type: Water
Nature: Modest
Moves: Water Spout, Water Pledge, Shell Smash, Protect
EVs:
HP: 4
SP. ATK: 252
SPD: 252

Blastoise is my main sweeper despite it's low tier status. A shell smash, rain, tera water boosted Water Spout can tear through teams with with ease. Water Pledge is there for back up if Blastoise drops low. I used a Splash Plate at first, but then I realized that Blastoise's Rain Dish ability heals enough that I could afford to run a Life Orb instead.
___
Indeedee-F
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Psychic Surge
Tera type: Dark
Nature: Bold
Moves: Follow Me, Psychic, Helping Hand, Protect
EVs:
HP: 252
DEF: 180
SP. DEF: 76

Indeedee-F is a great Follow Me user, thanks to it's Psychic Surge ability shuting down Fake Out, Extreme Speed, Sucker Punch, and other priority moves. Psychic is used to let it do damage itself if It needs to, and Helping Hand helps my sweepers do even more damage if needed. Leftovers also give it more longevity, plus I can Tera Dark if I need Indeedee-F alive
___
Archaludon
Item: Assault Vest
Ability: Stalwart
Tera type: Electric
Nature: Modest
Moves: Electro Shot, Dragon Pulse, Flash Cannon, Draco Meteor
EVs:
HP: 252
DEF: 36
SP. ATK: 116
SP. DEF: 4
SPD: 100

Archaludon is one of my extra sweepers, and it's the bulkiest sweeper of them. Electro Shot let's Archaludon set up and do big damage, expecullay with a Tera Electric, Dragon Pulse and Flash Cannon are standard damage moves, and Draco Meteor does big burst damage. Stalwart let's Archaludon ignore Rage Powder and Follow Me.
___
Kingdra
Item: Scope Lens
Ability: Swift Swim
Tera type: Steel
Nature: Modest
Moves: Draco Meteor, Muddy Water, Focus Energy, Protect
EVs
HP: 4
SP. ATK: 252
SPD: 252

Kingdra is my other sweeper if Blastoise is no good. Focus Energy and Scope Lens means Kingdra will always crit, making it deal big damage. Draco Meteor will always do stupid damage, and Muddy Water does good spread damage. Kingdra under rain is very fast thanks to Swift Swim, and if Kingdra sees a Fairy or other Dragon, I can Tera Steel to keep it safe.
___
Pelipper
Item: Focus Sash
Ability: Drizzle
Tera type: Ground
Nature: Timid
Moves: Hurricane, Weather Ball, Tailwind, Wide Gaurd
EVs:
DEF: 52
SP. ATK: 200
SPD: 252

Pelipper is my rain setter, and it will always take a big hit with it's Focus Sash. Hurricane and Weather Ball are strong moves, Tailwind lets me counter other Tailwind users, and Wide Guard blocks spread moves. Tera Ground let's Pelipper be immune to electric moves and resist rock moves.
___
Sableye
Item: Iapapa Berry
Ability: Prankster
Tera type: Poison
Nature: Calm
Moves: Taunt, Rain Dance, Will-O-Wisp, Snarl
EVs:
HP: 252
DEF: 4
SP. DEF: 252

I couldn't think of another mon to use on the team, so I added Sableye incase Indeedee-F isn't favorable. Taunt stops Status moves, Rain Dance helps me reset the weather to rain, and Will-O-Wisp and Snarl slow down attackers. Iapapa Berry helps keep it alive, and Tera Poison let's it resist Fairy moves. Honestly though, if anyone has an idea different pokemon that I could use, I would like to hear it.

I'm no expert, but this feels very weak to Ursaluna, with no anti-trick room mons, and all of them being speedy. What would be your game plan against it?
No EVs?
I just KO the Trick Room setter with one or two of my attackers, all 3 of them are strong enough to do so
If what you're saying is the team doesn't need EVs then you're wrong about that. It's also a requirement in the rules.
I was answering the first question and my stat disruption is just 252 in 2 stats then the 4 in another, not much else to say.
I mean that's still helpful to know, I would add it to the post. Some people just drag the sliders randomly because they don't know any better. It's required to include the EVs for a reason.
Fair enough, and now thinking about it, I'm gonna make some changes to the EVs.
Edit: I finished

The team seems to need a lot of setup and the Blastoise is fairly weak to spread moves if it decides to go for Shell Smash + Follow Me, and its weak to Electroweb, commonly on Electabuzz, which already counters rain pretty well. Also Water Pledge work well with Grass Pledge if you didn't already know, it turns into a single-target 150 base power move that then quarters the opponent's Pokemon's speed for the next 5 turns and can't be removed through switching. But don't use it against TR.
The Indeedee-F could work with a Psyspam partner like Hatterene or maybe a fast psychic seed Sneasler? Also Dark tera isn't as good as Fairy, because you already prevent Prankster with Psychic Terrain and Fairy isn't weak to Bug like Dark. Honestly, I wouldn't choose Lefties for it, but its not the worst. Items I've personally used are Safety Goggles and Sitrus Berry.
I'm not sure if there's a certain calc for your Archaludon's EVs as well. And running both Draco Meteor and Dragon Pulse seems like a bit of a waste of a moveslot honestly. Stamina Body Press is more potent than Stalwart normally is for this team and Snarl could also work for damage control. I've also noticed a lot of your natures are damage boosting, but whats the point of having increased damage if you don't have the speed to do any damage? You'd rather be faster and deal less than slower and deal none.
Pelipper's Tera is probably better as Grass than Ground because although you do turn the Electric 4x weakness to a 2x one, Grass is a better typing in this meta for powder and spore moves. Although if you want a more offensive tera, Stellar is there.
Also, you're missing coverage and have a lot of overlapping types, so you could struggle against teams that can counter your team purely because of the lack of coverage. I would recommend switching out Kingdra for Sneasler because Kingdra is inconsistent and, again, requires a turn for set up.
Now for Sableye, if you do change Kingdra to Snealser, it also provides another small "mode" to your team that your team seems to need, also meaning you don't need Rain Dance anymore. For a better Taunt user, there's Whimsicott, Prankster TW, Taunt, Sunny Day, Encore etc, Electabuzz and Magmar, Status Inducing with their abilities and moves, immunity to sleep with another ability (Vital Spirit), speed control with Electroweb on Electabuzz, Follow Me with good Eviolite bulk etc. Sableye is just not the best at this. Based on the current move set you have on it, Magmar seems better than Electabuzz because it has damage control with burns, but also, Incineroar has Snarl, Intimidate, Parting Shot, Will-o-wisp, etc. Incin is just broken.
Edit: Also I cant find Lapapa Berry on Showdown, I don't know if this is just me or if it doesn't exist in SV

I'm gonna make these changes and see how it goes.
I do like Sneasel being on the team, they add instant pressure that is really helpful. Magmar is a great extra support option with resistance to grass to support Blastoise. I haven't experienced any of the other changes, the teras usually don't matter because I'm mostly using my Tera on Blastoise to help KO  pokemon that resist it like Rilaboom, Dragonite, and Dragapult.
It's Iapapa with an i, not an l.
