Koraidon @Life Orb
Tera: Fire
Ability: Orichalcum Pulse
EVs: HP: 28, Atk: 168, Sp Atk: 0-, Sp Def: 68, Spd: 252+
Moves:
Dragon Claw
Close Combat
Flare Blitz
Protect
Koraidon is one of the strongest restricted pokemon in the game, with high damage and nearly impossible STABs to resist. I did run some EVs on bulk to make sure Koraidon can live hits it normally can't, maxed the speed, and put the rest into attack. The 3 attacking moves make use of Koraidon's STABs and Sun, then I have Tera Fire for important resists and STAB Flare Blitz. Finally, Life Orb boosts it's damage even further.

Groudon @Clear Amulet
Tera: Fire
Ability: Drought
EVs: HP: 108, Atk: 156+, Def: 4, Sp Atk: 0-, Sp Def: 228, Spd: 12
Moves:
Heat Crash
Precipice Blades
High Horsepower
Protect
Groudon is one of the restricted pokemon ment to be a bulky attacker, so that's what I did with it. I gave alot of EVs to it's bulk, so it lives alot of the metagame, enough Attack to be a threat, then the rest into speed. Heat Crash is great on Groudon because of how heavy it is and it also sets sut like Koraidon. Precipice Blades Is a strong spread move although the accuracy is annoying, and High Horsepower makes sure Groudon isn't that bothered by Wide Guard. Tera Fire removes 2 weaknesses and gives Heat Crash STAB. Finally, Clear Amulet stops Icy Wind and Intimidate.

Flutter Mane @Focus Sash
Tera: Fairy
Ability: Protosynthesis
EVs: HP: 4, Atk: 0-, Sp Atk: 252, Spd: 252+
Moves:
Shadow Ball
Moonblast
Dazzling Gleam
Protect
Flutter Mane is one of the best non restricted pokemon in the game, with great speed and offense, and it works well on my team with 2 sun setters. I didn't really care about trying to put any bulk on Flutter Mane because I gave it a Focus Sash, which let's it live a hit from full health, so I maxed the Speed and Sp Attack instead. Shadow Ball and Moonblast are it's best STAB moves, and Dazzling Gleam is a good spread move. Finally, I have Tera Fairy for damage.

Tornadus @Covert Cloak
Tera: Dark
Ability: Prankster
EVs: HP: 212, Atk: 0-, Sp Atk: 44+, Spd: 252
Moves:
Bleakwind Storm
Tailwind
Taunt
Protect
Teams need speed control, and Prankster Tailwind is one of the best speed control options in the game. I gave Tornadus enough Sp Attack to OHKO other Koraidon, 252 into speed, and the rest into HP. Obviously I have Tailwind for speed control, Bleakwind Storm for damage, and Taunt to stop Utility moves. Tera Dark is to stop other Prankster moves, and finally Covert Cloak stops Fake Out.

Chesnaught @Rocky Helmet
Tera: Steel
Ability: Bulletproof
EVs: HP: 142, Atk: 168, Sp Atk: 0-, Sp Def: 200+
Moves:
Wood Hammer
Coaching
Wide Gaurd
Spiky Shield
Chesnaught is more of an obscure pick, which works well for me because most people don't know what it will do, and the thing it does is provide support. I made sure to give it good bulk so it doesn't go down so easily, and enough Attack to OHKO Kygore. Wood Hammer lets Chesnaught deal damage, Coaching powers up my restricted pokemon, Wide Gaurd blocks some of the best moves in the game, and Spiky Shield lets Chesnaught be more punishing to try and hit. Tera Steel removes most of Chesnaught's weaknesses, and Rocky Helmet further punishes contact moves.

Indeedee-F @Safety Goggles
Tera: Fairy
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: HP: 252, Def: 144, Sp Def: 112+, Spd: 0-
Moves:
Follow Me
Helping Hand
Trick Room
Imprison
Indeedee-F covers alot of match ups that could otherwise give me trouble. With no way to deal damage, I only gave Indeedee-F bulk EVs. Follow Me keeps my other pokemon safe, Helping Hand powers them up, and Imprison + Trick Room shuts down Trick Room teams. Tera Fiary helps with Indeedee-F's 2 weaknesses, and Safety Goggles stops Sleep.
