A pretty well balanced team I would say, though could probably do with improvements.

Scizor-Mega @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
Tera Type: Bug
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Impish Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Swords Dance
- Knock Off
- Roost
My mega evolution, great for late game cleaning. Swords dance is setup, Bullet punch gets boosted by technician and is OP as a whole on this guy, knock off is decent coverage and pretty useful for utility at times, and roost for recovery. Made it specially defensive to make it better with matchups in general, though one fire type and this guy's cooked like a well-done dinner.

Moltres @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flame Body
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Flamethrower
- U-turn
- Roost
- Defog
My defensive Moltres, with flame body to cripple physical attackers. Flamethrower is just STAB, u-turn for pivot, roost for healing and defog to remove hazards. Duty boots is pretty self explanatory.

Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Unseen Fist
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Surging Strikes
- Close Combat
- Ice Spinner
- U-turn
My scarfed revenge killer dishes out real nice damage. Surging strikes is broken STAB, close combat is also great STAB, ice spinner just for coverage, and u turn for pivot.

Raging Bolt @ Dragonium Z
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Electric
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 20 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Thunderclap
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
Special attacking pivot. Draco meteor does crazy damage, and paired with dragonium z, lets it dish out a one-time hard-hitting attack. Thunderclap is nice priority move, thunderbolt for STAB, and volt switch is pivot. 252 speed EVs surprises people and makes it a decently nice midspeed pivot, and picks up KOs nicely.

Ting-Lu @ Leftovers
Ability: Vessel of Ruin
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Whirlwind
- Ruination
- Earthquake
Specially defensive unkillable ting-lu, with vessel of ruin to boost this even more. Stealth rocks is rocks, whirlwind to pick out stallers that like to set up, or to give other mons rocks chip damage, ruination cuts their HP in half, and earthquake is STAB.

Tapu Lele @ Assault Vest
Ability: Psychic Surge
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Psychic
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psyshock
- Moonblast
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Psychic
My special breaker. Psyshock STAB boosted by terrain for specially defensive mons, moonblast is STAB, HP fire over focus blast as coverage as Focus blast genuinely is not a move, and HP fire can hit some things that focus blast cant, like corviknight. Psychic is STAB boosted by terrain. Put vest on Lele for extra special bulk over something like life orb. My main problem with Lele is that it's terrain interferes too much with my team's prio move users, like scizor and raging bolt, so I am kinda looking to replace lele, though its still pretty good.

Main concerns and questions:

-are there any mons that should be replaced because they dont fit in the team, or because there is a better alternative?
-any mons that should have a different moveset?
-any opposing mons that can annihilate my team? (perhaps Ogerpon wellspring with play rough? idk)
-any metagame stuff that my team doesn't cover?
-any other stuff?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thats pretty much it! The mons all have different typing, making my matchup odds better, and this team as a whole is pretty balanced. Don't have many concerns except for maybe perhaps lele. Also i wrote this late at night so sorry if some descriptions were a bit short and maybe confusing. If you need further explaining, I will be welcome to respond to your question in the comments.

For the most part I think this team is good, but Scizor being fully invested in bulk makes it too weak, which should not be the case with your mega evolution. Replace Knock Off or Swords Dance with Bug Bite and invest those Sp Def EVs into Atk. Otherwise your good to go.

Update: I think I found a better alternative to Mega Scizor that actually works well with a Sp. Def set: Kingambit.
I used this set:
Sucker Punch
Knock Off
Iron Head
Swords Dance

With Supreme Overlord, Kingambit isn't passive enough to where pokemon can come in and set up on it. It also doesn't make you lose anything you wanted Scizor for, it's still a good revenge killer, it makes better use of Knock Off, and it's still a Steel type. I would recommend considering it.

Bulky Scizor with SD and no Atk EVs is a common set at the top level in Natdex. Here are some ladder stats showing it https://www.smogon.com/stats/2026-01/moveset/gen9nationaldex-1760.txt
By changing the set this way (especially removing SD) and not adding a new wincon to replace it, you'd also be fundamentally changing the structure of this balance team, which I'm not sure was the intention of this answer.
OK I tested the team more, but it just made me less confident in Scizor on the team. It doesn't do enough, only really revenge killing, and if Tapu Lele had to come in a few turns ago, Scizor really feels useless. The bulky version really isn't what this team needs.
