This team was alot harder to make because it was hard to find which Unova starter I wanted to try and use, but I found one that has a reason to use it.

Serperior @Leftovers
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: HP: 4 / Sp Atk: 252 / Spd: 252
Nature: Timid
-Giga Drain
-Dragon Pulse
-Hidden Power (Fire)
-Growth
With Chlorophyll + Drought together getting banned (mostly due to Venusaur), I picked Serperior as a way to somewhat replicate what it did before. Growth giving Serperior a +2 boost to it's Sp Atk in Sun makes it pretty threatening, and it has coverage for basically everything except Heatran and the Blobs (Chansey and Blissey). I am considering running Solar Beam instead of Giga Drain, but it feels too inconsistent.

Ninetales @Leftovers
Ability: Drought
EVs: HP: 248 / Sp Atk: 8 / Spd: 252
Nature: Timid
-Overheat
-Roar
-Pain Split
-Will-o-Wisp
With Growth on Serperior, Ninetales will allow Serperior to get those boosts it needs aswell as powering up it's HP Fire. I made sure to give it moves to keep it and the other pokemon on my team alive.

Volcarona @Leftovers
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: HP: 4 / Sp Atk: 252 / Spd: 252
Nature: Modest
-Fiery Dance
-Giga Drain
-Hidden Power (Ground)
-Quiver Dance
Serperior on it's own isn't gonna be enough for sweeping, so I added Volcarona as an extra sweeper. HP ground is uncommon for Volcarona, but I thought it was a good idea to include it so Heatran can't wall Volcarona.

Excadrill @Air Balloon
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: Atk: 252 / Sp Def: 4 / Spd: 252
Nature: Jolly
-Earthquake
-Iron Head
-Swords Dance
-Rapid Spin
Stealth Rocks are not fun for my team, so I added Excadrill to help deal with those. Excadrill also is great because it threatens Tyranitar with it's Earthquake, which makes keeping sun up easier. I gave it an Air Balloon to make sure other pokemon with Earthquake can't instantly threaten it.

Heatran @Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: HP: 252 / Sp Atk: 4 / Sp Def: 252
Nature: Calm
-Magma Storm
-Earth Power
-Toxic
-Protect
My 2 main sweepers do not like taking Fire attacks, so I added Heatran to help with that. I chose for a Sp Def set so Heatran stays alive and can trap pokemon to try and wear them down.

Salamence @Choice Band
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: Atk: 252 / Sp Def: 4 / Spd: 252
Nature: Jolly
-Outrage
-Fire Fang
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide
I noticed I lacked immediate power, so I put on a Banded Salamence to help with that and Ground types. I wanted to go with Choice Specs, but I already have lots of Special attackers so I went with Choice Band. Salamance atleast gets Fire Fang so it can still use the sun somewhat.

Isn't HP ground a bit redundant when you already have 2 Earthquake pokemon?
@Ax109 No, having HP ground lets Volcarona beat Heatran 1v1.
Gen 5 OU is extremely high in power level and Serperior just doesnt have the stats to keep up in this enviroment. It doesnt come close to replicating Venusaur because it gets outspeed by every scarf user. Still, I'll see what I can do to make it work. I think if you are running Sun you should just make it a fully hyper offensive team, with offensive sets on everything.
I'm aware Serperior isn't all that good, but it has more to work with compared to the other 2, but I understand if this is difficult for you to make better.
Edit: Is Serperior just a bust or are you struggling to make Serperior work? (I'm sorry if this is difficult for you.)
