Hello, I'm back. I've been having fun with the first team I had made with the help with adjustments from this forum. Today the friend who got me into playing Doubles had an idea as they suggested a Sniper Scope Lens Tera Dragon Kingdra. This is what they came up with:

My friend's team

sniper (Kingdra) @ Scope Lens
Ability: Sniper
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Focus Energy
- Draco Meteor
- Scald
- Weather Ball

Ogerpon-Wellspring @ Wellspring Mask
Ability: Water Absorb
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 156 HP / 252 SpD / 100 Spe
Impish Nature
- Ivy Cudgel
- Spiky Shield
- Horn Leech
- Follow Me

Pelipper @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 108 HP / 168 SpD / 232 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Weather Ball
- Tailwind
- Hurricane
- Protect

Grimmsnarl @ Lagging Tail
Ability: Prankster
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 112 Def / 12 SpD / 132 Spe
Impish Nature
- Trick
- Spirit Break
- Light Screen
- Parting Shot

Sinistcha-Masterpiece @ Leftovers
Ability: Hospitality
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Rage Powder
- Strength Sap
- Matcha Gotcha
- Calm Mind

Kilowattrel @ Focus Sash
Ability: Competitive
Tera Type: Electric
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Tailwind
- Thunder
- Hurricane
- Electroweb

The Ogerpon and Sinistcha is for Stall and Healing, while Kingdra and Pelipper are Rain Attackers. Grimsnarl has a Lagging Tail Trick to make certain opponent pokemons slow for the rest of the battle, and Kilowattrel is essentially a fast attacker who can use Electroweb to disrupt.

It's been fun playing this, but it feels a little clunky on the end. We're trying out some things, but any expert opinions on what might be good changes for this team would be really ideal. Thank you in advance.

Alright, this is what I came up with for this team.

Kingdra

I removed Weather Ball for Protect, because without it this Kingdra isn't going to be lasting long, and I also removed Tera Dragon for Tera Steel, to further help keep Kingdra alive.

Ogerpon-Wellspring

Shifted the stats to standard set, making it stronger and faster while keeping the bulk needed to redirect.

Pelipper

No changes here, this set is good

Grimmsnarl

The Lagging Tail wasn't working well, so I got rid of it for Light Clay then added Reflect over Trick.

Sinistcha (Removed)

I do get why Sinistcha was here, but it wasn't working aswell as it needed to, so I switched to a Grass type that can more consistently help the team...

Rilaboom

Rilaboom like Sinistcha appreciates the Rain nullifying it's Fire weakness, it also gives you a way to completely shut something down for a turn, and an extra way to pivot.

Rilaboom @Assault Vest
Ability: Grassy Surge
Tera: Fire
EVs: HP: 252 / Atk: 252 / Sp.Def: 4
Adamant Nature
-Fake Out
-Wood Hammer
-Grassy Glide
-U-Turn
Fake Out shuts down a threat for a turn, Wood Hammer deals big damage, Grassy Glide gives you priority which you didn't have before, and U-turn let's you pivot out.

Kilowattrel

This Kilowattrel needs Protect, and 2 Tailwind users is overkill, so I gave it Protect instead of Tailwind. If you feel that change isn't doing you well, try getting rid of Electro Web instead.

About the Protect Changes and Having Light Clay were changes we already did last night after trying out a few more matches, so glad to know we were thinking the same. Lagging Tail only worked against an Ursuluna Bloodmoon once and then rest wasn't that great. I was having fun with the Tera Dragon OHKOing everyone as long as they are not immune or resistant to Dragon moves, but it wasn't bulky at all, so I understand. I'll miss Sinistcha's evil redirect and heal set because it literally clutched alone against a full stall Toxic Spikes + Spikes Glimmora Incineroar Ting-Lu team by just out-surviving literally everything. It was a 40 turn game.

This Rillaboom looks really good, and I also like the Priority Moveset. I'll try it out, your changes before also have felt much smoother to use. Thanks for your response!
