(keep in mind that in champions, EVs have been replaced by the slightly different “stat points” that I will refer to as SPs)

THE LEAD

The Star Of The Show (Decidueye) (M) @ choice scarf
Ability: long reach
Nature: adamant
SPs: 32 atk 32 spe 2 HP
-Spirit Shackle
-Leaf Blade
-Smack Down
-U-turn
The star of the show. Max SPs in Attack and Speed capitalize on its damage potential. It acts as an anti-meta lead utilizing U-turn on turn one for safe chip-and-pivot momentum. Smack Down is a crucial tech choice designed to ground faster Flying-types, Levitate users and coverage.

THE MEGAS

Aerodactyl (M) @ aerodactylite
Ability: pressure
Nature: jolly
SPs: 32 atk 32 spe 2 HP
-Tailwind
-Rock Slide
-Dual Wingbeat
-Taunt
The dedicated speed control anchor and primary Mega Evolution. In base form, Pressure is used to drain enemy PP before mega evolving. Once it goes Mega, Tough Claws boosts Dual Wingbeat's contact damage by 30%, allowing it to effortlessly OHKO targets right through Focus Sash. It executes a blazing fast Tailwind to double the team's speed tier and uses Taunt to shut down enemy Trick Rooms.

Scizor (M) @ scizorite
Ability: technician
Nature: adamant
SPs: 32 atk 17 def 17 spD
-Bullet Punch
-Bug bite
-Swords Dance
-Close Combat
The secondary Mega option brought in to provide a rock-solid defensive anchor and avoid any bad matchups for Aerodactyl. The 17 SP investment in both defenses gives it great mixed bulk to survive neutral hits. Once it undergoes Mega Evolution, Technician boosts Bullet Punch into a devastating STAB priority move that cleans up faster glass cannons before they can move. Bug Bite is enhanced by Technician to steal opposing Sitrus Berries, Swords Dance turns it into an unstoppable sweeper, and Close Combat provides heavy Fighting-type coverage.

THE REVENGE KILLER

Garchomp @ focus sash
Ability: rough skin
Nature: jolly
SPs: 32 atk 32 spe 2 HP
-Earthquake
-Outrage
-Poison Jab
-Stone Edge
My primary physical sweeper. It cleans fields with a Earthquake, which can now target grounded Flying-types thanks to Decidueye's Smack Down.

THE PIVOT

Incineroar @ sitrus berry
Ability: intimidate
Nature: careful
SPs: 32 HP 16 def 16 spD 2 atk
-Fake Out
-Fire Punch
-Parting Shot
-Knock Off
The defensive backbone and pivot partner. Intimidate combined with Fake Out gives immediate field pressure. I run Fire Punch as the primary Fire STAB. Parting Shot acts as a safe, stat-dropping escape route to cycle teammates back onto the field.

THE TANKY SCOUT

And sweeper? Maybe

Milotic @ leftovers
Ability: competitive
Nature: modest
SPs: 32 HP 16 def 16 spA 2 spD
-scald
-ice beam
-recover
-protect
The anti-Intimidate deterrent. Because this team leans heavily toward physical attackers, opponents will constantly attempt to bring in Incineroar and other Intimidate users. Milotic's Competitive ability turns an opponent's Intimidate into an immediate +2 Special Attack boost. Leftovers and Recover keep it completely healthy as a brilliant defensive special tank that spreads burns with Scald.

I'm not an expert on champions but I see a lot of problems with your team. I think that the main idea is good, each team member has roles and they play them out, but I think they could do them better. Smack down isn't ideal as you can always just counter flying types with stone edge ice beam, whatever. As for levitate users, the only viable options are rotom variants, and you can get rid of those easily as you have good coverage. Instead, I'd use poltergeist. I'd put the 2 evs from HP into SpDef as just getting those 2 HP points wont help you against chip, the main threats to sweepers. Aerodactyl looks good except for tailwind. I'd recommend a different tailwind setter like whimsicott in place of scizor, but if you want to keep tailwind on Aerodactyl I'd substitute scizor for mega clefable with follow me, encore, life dew, and future sight, leftovers as item and 32 HP 32 SpDef 2 SpA evs/Sps. if you are gonna take off tailwind on aerodactyl I'd recommend protect. If you want to take away tailwind a good build for whimsicott is tailwind encore leech seed and stun spore focus sash 32 def 32 hp 2 spdef. for scizor you should replace it with either clefable or whimsicott depending on if you're keeping tailwind on aerodactyl or not, builds listed above. garchomp is good except it should have dragon claw instead of outrage. even tho it does a lot less, you're always gonna be using earthquake anyways unless you have supereffective boost on dragon claw. plus, having move choice is important in doubles, switching happens a lot. incineroar is totally messed up. flare blitz over fire punch, and I'm pretty sure knock off is illegal. instead run protect. finally do 32 hp 32 spdef 2 def and careful nature. everything on milotic looks good except evs should be 32 hp 32 spA and 2 def
Following up with what halfcaught said Knock off is illegal. Dicidueye is totally out classed by Basculegion as a choice scarf pivot user and a ton of other things like taunt on aero, fire punch and knockoff on Incin, the Scizzor and Garchomp set. If you want I’m happy to rate this team but it will chances are look very different by the time I’m through with it.
wait, illegal? Im battling meowscarada after meowscarada with knock off...
Umm... ok you can rate it. and also i havent used it because i dont have a scizor and have been trying to get it for what fells like ages.
i dont like the position i am in right now, i feel very tiny and like i don't belong here
also keep milotic, incin, maybe garchomp (you can edit the movesets as much as you want) if you rate it.
Yeah I can definitely work with that.
bro just shut up or post everything in one comment

I must confess I really like the combo of mega Aero plus Mega Scizzor as between the 2 of them you get a good matchup into a lot of the top megas. There are however some problems with this team mainly the sets and Dicidueye. Anyway let’s get to it.

Firstly Dicidueye is a cool Pokemon but unfortunately when it comes to VGC it has a lot of problems. It gets walled by Incin, really wants a damage boosting item but it also wants a Sash of Scarf. I’m going to suggest you drop it for Basculegion as basc gets adaptability boosted Flip turn that functions exactly the same as Flip turn but more dammage overall. I’d suggest you use the standard 3 water move last respects set with Scarf except switch the nature to timid to outspeed enemy basc that could otherwise cause you problems.

Aerodactyle
Drop taunt for protect we will add another taunt user later. Otherwise this thing is fine expect maybe drop a few speed Sps for Hp Sps because you don’t realy need max speed on mega aero.

Scizzor
Cc doesnt hit anything your stabs dont already hit so drop Cc for protect. Also change the spread to max Hp and put the last 2 Sps in the defensive stats as that gives you more overall bulk.

Garchomp
Your current set is kinda weird switch to this set and change sash to white herb as you really don’t need sash and white herb let’s you do more dammage to Incin.
Use this set on Garchomp
32 Atk / 32 Spe / 2hp
Nature: Jolly
-Rock slide
-Earthquake
-Dragon Claw
-Protect

Inciniroar
Flare blitz is better than Fire punch as Fire punch just doesn’t have the base power to do much especially un invested. Also change Knock off to taunt as Incin lost Knock off in Champions and taunt helps into trick room teams.

Milotic
This things is mostly alright just drop ice bema for ice wind so you have some form of speed control and change modest nature to calm so that this thing has more staying power

And thats all for the changes. if you have any questions about the changes let me know and I’ll happily explain them.
