I focused this team on countering most threats in pokemon champions.

So from what it looks like this is a rain team hmmmmmmmmm.
One: why to speed setters? Most people use one. Both Peliper and whimsicott are great tailwind setters.  It this is a rain team so peliper is the better choice. So I would move the focus sash to peliper so it can survive a mega Raichu y’s thunderbolt. Whimsicott can have leech seed to do chip damage and have it hold either the Sitrus Berry or a focus band but the band may be unreliable at times.
Two: what is with the glaceon? Snow cclpak should be used in teams ment for snow. Fact glaceon surprised me when seeing this team. I would switch this out for a mega like mega Dragonite, Raichu y, Scizor, staraptor, or Swampert. Moveset wise, I’m not that good with but my friend R-The-Great can help you out a lot more with this.

These are just tips from a player who could reach master ball if they wanted to but yeah hopefully R-The-Great can help you with this.
P.S: Evs are the added on stat points you add to a certain stat. Example: 32 atk
