Pokémon Rate My Team

Before i start il mention that if im missing a tag, or anything, feel free to edit it as much as you want, this team has not gone through any testing or anything so im not sure on some moves (i dont even have all pokémon)
and il also mention that im writing evs here because i just like it but in champions its sps (sps is, what i know just what i call them) which goes up to 32 which means 32 stat points.

THE ROSTER!

Whimsicott @ Focus Sash
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 32 SpA / 2 SpD / 32 Spe
Timid Nature

  • Moonblast
  • Beat Up
  • Tailwind
  • Protect

Whimsicott is my lead and tailwind setter with prankster for priority and being wery hard to stop from setting up tailwind, moonblast to not be taunt bait, encore or taunt to either stom trick room or lock pokémon into a set up move, protect or other status move. Protect to stay safe.

EDIT: I just found out that justified does not buff your Spe but your Atk which is huge so im switching taunt/encore to beat up.
_____

Gallade-Mega @ Galledite
Ability: Justified -> Inner Focus
EVs: 2 HP / 32 Atk / 32 Spe
Adamant Nature

  • Sacred Sword
  • Psycho Cut
  • Swords Dance
  • Protect

My mega, Gallade. Inner focus stops flinching which is nice, evs gives max damage and speed, i picked adamant nature because it feels like a speed bosting nature wouldn't do much but i didn't look into it that much. Sacred sword stops anyone with iron defense or bulk up and is stab, psycho cut is stab, swords dance to set up and dish out even more damage than normal sacred sword mega gallade and again, protect to stay safe.

EDIT: Same here, i wrote down the ability before mega evolving. Also that might remove the need for swords dance but i wont remove it because i dont know what to have instead.
_____

Gholdengo @ Life orb
Ability: Good As Gold
EVs: 2 HP / 32 Spa / 32 Spe
Modest Nature

  • Make It Rain
  • Shadow Ball
  • Nasty Plot
  • Protect

Life orb, max SpA, NASTY PLOT bosted stab make it rain does... alot of damage. Good as gold mostly stops incineroar and many other support pokémon and shadow ball is stab. I dont think its nessesary to tell you what protect is for again...
_____

Milotic @ Leftovers
Ability: Competitive
EVs: 20 Def / 14 SpA / 32 SpD
Calm Nature

  • Ice Beam
  • Muddy Water
  • Icy Wind
  • Protect

I had a pretty hard time deciding the moves on milotic and im still not sure but calm nature max SpD is (if my eyes work) enough to survive archualudons stab electro shot. The rest of the evs gives some SpA to deal a litle bit more damage and 20 Def to survive a standard set garchomp earthquake from both my and my opponents side (i probably don't need the entier 20 points for that but it felt good so thats what i have now). I picked milotic over kingambit because of the bad type match up with gholdengo and it gives speed controle with icy wind, accuracy drops from muddy water and the ability to OHKO standard set garchomp.
_____

I Gotcha (Sinistcha) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Hospitality
EVs: 32 HP / 14 Def / 20 SpD
Bold Nature

  • Matcha Gotcha
  • Rage Powder
  • Trick Room
  • Life Dew

A standard set, alot of healing, redirection, reverse and set trick room, sitrus berry and matcha gotcha to heal back up. No, rtg dont check the sinistcha set you made before that calm mind set! (or the gholdengo)
_____

Garchomp @ Lum Berry
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 2 HP / 32 Atk / 32 Spe
Jolly Nature

  • Earthquake
  • Rock Slide
  • Dragon Claw
  • Protect

Aah, finaly my beloved garchomp! Rough skin for some nice chip damage, earthquake is stab, rock slide hits flying types and has a 30% chance to flinch, i would want focus sash or life orb but i cant use them, i dont like choice items and it feels like incineroar isnt wery common right now and burn cant be removed but a stat drop can and so i chose lum berry to remove burns and other status conditions.
_____

And I think thats all...

I feel like there is probably a way to optimize the Milotic spread to get better value out of your Sps but I’ll not sure how to do that. I may do a full rate of this team if I have time in the future.
Yeah, i just felt like getting the 20 in def because many bulky support pokémon often run 20 SpD and 14 Def with a defense bosting nature so i chose to get 20 Def and i would really want you to rate it!
You don't have to write sets manually. Just build in Pokemon Showdown and export your sets. You can also test there if you don't have all the Pokemon you need. Showdown even has a best of 3 open teamsheets version of the format just like official tournaments.
i dont have an account on showdown and i cant get it on my school computer. (my own computer is broken)

Whimsicott @ Focus Sash
Ability: Prankster
Level: 50
EVs: 2 HP / 32 SpA / 32 Spe
Timid Nature
- Moonblast
- Encore
- Tailwind
- Charm

Whimsicott is the main focus of this team, providing a valuable speed boost to bulky setup users. Taunt is blocked by Farigiraf (the main trick room setter), meaning encore provides more value. Charm is an interesting defensive option over protect that can be used to boost your new mega.

Staraptor-Mega @ Staraptite
Ability: Intimidate
Level: 50
EVs: 2 HP / 32 Atk / 32 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Close Combat
- Roost
- Protect

Mega Gallade is not amazing, but there is another fighting type mega that has "setup". Close Combat boosts your defenses while dealing damage at the same time, with Roost letting you heal. Charm from Whimsicott can give you a Swords Dance equivalent boost.

Gholdengo @ Life Orb
Ability: Good as Gold
Level: 50
EVs: 27 HP / 13 Def / 16 SpD / 10 Spe
Modest Nature
- Make It Rain
- Shadow Ball
- Nasty Plot
- Protect

Gholdengo is a strong setup user that counters many fairy types. Your set was good, so I just changed the EVs to a bulkier set often seen on sand teams.

Milotic @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Competitive
Level: 50
EVs: 32 HP / 19 Def / 10 SpA / 5 Spe
Modest Nature
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Icy Wind
- Life Dew

Scald is a better water type move on Milotic sets without Coil. Given it has amazing base bulk, it can afford to drop protect for a healing move such as Recover or Life Dew (chosen as it can also heal teammates). Sitrus Berry outperforms Leftovers in double battles, especially without protect. The EV set is once again from sand teams, having both a good amount of defensive and offensive investment.

Ceruledge @ Colbur Berry
Ability: Flash Fire
Level: 50
EVs: 27 HP / 30 Atk / 1 SpD / 8 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Bitter Blade
- Shadow Sneak
- Bulk Up
- Protect

Ceruledge gives your team a stronger offensive presence than Sinistcha that can also wall Charizard or other fire types. It benefits from the same support as your other setup users. Colbur Berry is important for the Kingambit matchup.

Hydreigon @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
Level: 50
EVs: 2 HP / 32 SpA / 32 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Dark Pulse
- Snarl
- Earth Power

While Garchomp is more common, Hydreigon has more overall synergy with the team as a dragon type. Choice Scarf Draco Meteor gives you a fast nuclear option on a team that otherwise takes time to get going. Dark Pulse lets you threaten trick room setters early, while Snarl reduces incoming damage. Earth Power is stronger than Earthquake given it is a single target special move (Archaludon and Kingambit both have low SpD).

I don’t mean to be rude to Gr8 Pokemon Guy by answering this question again and I like most of his suggestions though there are some things that I feel should be changed. I will also be building this answer off of his answer so be sure to read his first so that this makes sense.

Whimsicott @ Focus Sash
Ability: Prankster
Level: 50
EVs: 2 HP / 32 SpA / 32 Spe
Timid Nature
- Moonblast
- Encore
- Tailwind
- Tickle
Tickle is generally preferred to charm because you don’t typically need more than one attack boost on staraptor to start picking up one hit Kos. Charm is nice on teams that don't use Milotic because you’re almost always going to get intimidated before you mega but you have Milotic
so tickle is better.

Staraptor
This thing is definitely a better option than Gallade because you don’t have to delay your mega evolution to boost it. You also get intimidate pre mega which is incredibly helpful into things like Basc and Garchomp.

Gholdengo @ Life Orb
Ability: Good as Gold
Level: 50
EVs: 27 HP / 13 Def / 16 SpD / 10 Spe
Modest Nature
- Flash cannon
- Shadow Ball
- Nasty Plot
- Protect
I haven’t seen that spread before but I’ll trust that it’s better than the 32 32 spread. I’d recommend flash cannon over make it rain because flash cannon allows you to attack a Pokemon like Sylveon and not have to worry about Sylveon protecting and you losing your special attack.

Milotic @ leftovers
Ability: Competitive
Level: 50
EVs: 32 HP / 20 Def / 14 Spd
Calm Nature
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- protect
- Life Dew
Slightly more bulky spread that enables you to soak up hits better. 2 ice moves are redundant and protect tends to give you better value than one of the ice moves. Ice beam is preferable over icy wind so you can hit things like enemy Sinitcha and Staraptor harder. Leftovers are actually preferable to Sitris berry on this mon because Milotic tends to sit on the field for a while thanks to its bulk and life dew meaning you get more value out of leftovers.

Ceruledge
Nothing to say beyond what Gr8 said.

Hydreigon @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
Level: 50
EVs: 2 HP / 32 SpA / 32 Spe
Modest Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Dark Pulse
- Taunt/Snarl
- Earth Power

Modest nature over timid is recommended because with scarf you already out speed everything so the extra power is better. Taunt is a fun option for countering trick room which is an otherwise big problem for this team though if find you get more value out of snarl I’d stick with snarl.

I definitely understand that mega staraptor is much better than gallade, but I'm going to stay with gallade because all I wanted to do was make a working gimmicky team, and I don't feel like I'll get that if I pick mega staraptor. I already have two fully working great teams that I might post on RMT some day, so I don't need an incredibly powerful team, so I'll stay with beat up on whimsicott and I guess encore or protect. I like the moves on milotic, but I want it to survive an electro shot, which you didn't mention, so pls comment an ev spread for that (or not, and I'll just stick to your ev spread—wait, what if that spread does make milotic tank an electro shot?). Hmm... not sure about serulege, mention something about that too, pls. I guess I can stick with hydreigon (rip garchomp). Almost forgot about gholdengo, soooooooooooooo, I want the broken signature move that Big Pikachu gave it :3 ... (wolfeyVGC reference).I just realized that I'm writing this on your answer and not Gr8s.

P.S. You're not getting ba this time because you just added some things to Gr8s answer, but I'll give you an upvote.
Yeah leave Gr8 with the Ba because he did most of the work. If you really want to stick with gallade I won’t stop you but honestly if you want to use a beat up team I’d just wait until Terrakion comes out. Also my Milotic spread does live a electro shot.
 +1 32+ SpA Archaludon Electro Shot vs. 32 HP / 14+ SpD Milotic: 164-194 (81.1 - 96%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
