Hey Primal, the below moveset mentions EVs at the bottom of the post ("Full special attack investment" and "the remaining EVs are dumped into defenses") but doesn't include them in the moveset. Should they be edited in though the exact EV spread isn't listed or should it be flagged?

Pika, Luke, And The Mother Tree Root


Luke did a snazzy jumping axe cut thingy on a root. Immediately the root fell apart, opening a path. Pika hopped around and ran around like a derranged hippie Hau on caffeine because now she had a massive shortcut between her house and Ganache Mine and all that. They both felt pretty happy about the root being cut, but then Julius and Selena noticed it. "OMPEE DORP" Julius screamed and had a breakdancing spaz seizure and ran up to them, Selena in pursuit. Of course, Luke and Pika were both jolly and had no idea that Julius and Selena were losing what little mind they happened to have left. "AAAAAAHHHHHHH YOU CORT THE DIRPING TREH ROT" Julius screamed. Luke and Pika glanced at each other with a 'we what now' expression. "WHICH DERPING ONE OF YOU DID CUT THE ROOT THIS" Selena shrieked. "Xblade the Sniper?" Pika asked sarcastically. "OMPEE IT WAS X DORP" Julius screamed. Then they ran away for a few seconds and came back. "IF X ISN'T IN MY SOCK THEN WHERE THE DERP IS HE" "DORP I BET THESE FRACKY WEEH HEDS ARE LYING" "OK WHICH ONE OF YOU DERPING DID THIS" "Totally wasn't me, I don't carry an axe and cut trees." Luke said nonchalantly, causing Pika to burst into laughter. "WAS IT THE DORPY PEE HEDED TOMATO JUICE KID" "The what now pardon?" Pika asked with a tilted head. "OMG I'LL GO DERPING GET HIM YOU KEEP AN EYE ON THEM" Selena yelled and ran away. After an hour, she came back, dragging Gill by his hair as he tried to strangle her. "DIDETH YOUETH DERPETH CUTETH THISETH TREETH ROOTETH" Julius screamed while trying to make himself sound sophisticated. Gill's reply was to grab Selena by her hair and swing her around before yeeting her at mach speeds right into Julius. "OMWTF" screamed another voice as Dale and Bo arrived. "AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH LUKE YOU CUT THE MOTHER TREE ROOT WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU CAN'T YOU SEE THE HARVEST GODDESS WILL GET FREAKING TICKED IF YOU CUT THE ROOT OF A DEAD AND NEGLECTED TREE" Dale cried. Luke shrugged innocently. "WAIT IT WAS YOU YOU MAGENTA HAIRED PEE HED DORP" Julius demanded from on the ground. Luke felt the need to tell him that his hair wasn't magenta, it was blue, but realized that someone who had purple hair with green and yellow streaks in it might as well be colorblind. "LUKE THE HARVEST GODDESS IS GOING TO BE REALLY MAD WHY THE FRICK DID YOU CUT THE TREE ROOT" Bo screamed. "WTF OMG LUKE IS THE NDORP GODDESS" Selena cried. Then she began to fangirl over Luke and sing Parlor Swipple's newest hit song titled 'OMPEE I WANT TO MARRY THE NDORP GODDESS', which was just the so-called words "REE DERP HE GODDEST" over and over and over, except that sometimes it was 'DORP' instead of 'DERP'. Julius derpily put lipstick on and kissed Selena for singing Parlor Swipple's 'song' so 'beautifully'. Luke, Gill, and Pika decided that they'd better make a run for it before their eardrums strangled them. But it wasn't that simple. "LUKE YOU'RE THE NDORP GODDESS WANNA SMOOCH DERPILY" Selena screamed and chased after them as they fled. They ran all across Waffle Island and even through Ganache Mine, but she kept chasing them. They tried to hide in Pika's house and pretended they were life-sized stuffed dolls which was admittedly adorable. "OMPEE THEY'RE GONE OH WELL I CAN JUST SMOOCH THESE DOLLS DERP" It was a miracle Selena could tell 'dolls' from a muddy sole of a shoe, but what wasn't a miracle was the intense fear the frocky whee heads felt. They were cornered against Pika's bed. There was nowhere to run, nowhere to hide, and Selena was getting closer. But just as she was about to pick Pika up, she screamed and clung to Luke like she was drowning in the ocean and he was a life preserver. "OH EM GEE THESE DOLLS YELL AND MOVE HOW EPICAL I CAN HUGGLE THEM EVERY DERPING NIGHT" Images flashed through their heads of being huggled every night by Selena and having to listen to Parlor Swipple music, and all three of them screamed as Luke tried to slash Selena with his axe without hurting Pika. But then the door was knocked off its hinges and yeeted at Selena causing her to explode and reveal that she was Parlor Swipple. "OMDEPR" she cried and exploded into nothingness. "What did I tell you?! I told you 'don't go to the Harvest Moon dimension because the lameheads are pretending to be other lameheads'! But you went, and I had to save you and your cowboy fanboys! Again!" Gladion yelled from the doorway. None of them knew why Gladion called Luke and Gill 'cowboys' when they were far from it, but it didn't matter as Gladion pried Pika off of Luke the Life Preserver and dragged her away. And then the boys raided her toolbox and made lots of juice with both fruits and tomatoes and later yeeted them at Selena who was Parlor Swipple and Julius who was N.

Kyurem-W rises a stunning total of no less than three subranks. This is due to the realization of just how incredible Sheer Cold is and goes both ways. On one hand, Kyurem-W is a great abuser of Sheer Cold, finding opportunities to fire off multiple of them by forcing out popular Pokemon such as Kyogre, Yveltal, and Zygarde-C. On the other hand, Kyurem-W is also the best check to Sheer Cold Kyogre due to Ice-types being immune to the move. Beyond that, Kyurem-W is also just a great check to Kyogre on the whole, stomaching attacks from both Choice Scarf and Choice Specs variants with Utility Umbrella and forcing out Calm Mind variants with Sheer Cold or Dragon Tail.
