* We decided that we want to increase the standard of content on moveset threads, so we're removing answers that we wouldn't keep around if they were submitted today. We only want the answers to be hidden though (i.e. not deleted), so if we ever go with a different solution (e.g. re-making the moveset threads) then we have the option to re-show them all and leave the old threads as an 'archive' of sorts.
* If somebody commented an entire separate moveset, then yes. Sometimes people suggest changes to a set by posting it all again with their changes in place, which I think is OK.
* So long as there's some guidance on what to use for items, EVs, abilities, natures and moves, then it's OK. Flag anything that isn't insightful, e.g. 'use any EVs'.

Yeah, I've been flagging sets that don't include Abilities, Natures, moves, EVs, or items. You'll see why I'm doing that from one of Fizz's wall posts.
