Goku - As I said last night, Goku is sweet, damn it. The little guy radiates cuteness I swear. Goku being cute is no longer an opinion, it's canonical. Big eyes, funny hair, very small, monkey tail, adorable antics, some attitude, his own brand of sweetness, need I go on? Him being so precious literally got me into Dragon Ball as well as calling random characters "little man". Because he is the littlest man. Y'know, until he's actually a man. Then he's not little. Speaking of, Goku never lost his good lucks. I mean looks. Whatever, leaving that in. As I was saying, young man Goku had some charm of his own, despite lacking the small and the tail. Bulma was right when she called him handsome. Plus I liked his voice. And even as he got older, he was still bizarrely cute, which sounds really weird to be honest but it's true. Looks great as a Super Saiyan as well. He has been the cute funny man since the beginning, and I doubt it'll change anytime soon. Still, small Gokie adorablest.
Gohan - You know what I said about small Goku? Yeah, well, that mostly applies to his son as well. It's good that he's such a major character in Z and sort of takes over his father's former position as cute small. Gohan was at the apex of his adorable near the beginning of the series, where he was a small monkey tail boy with a funny outfit who cried a lot. And yes, crying a lot is cute when you're small and cute. Eventually, he lost his tail, cried less, got a bowl cut, lost the bowl cut, got a different haircut, and grew up. Older Gohan is somewhat cute I suppose, but the tinier, the better. And babe Gohen has enriched my life look at him look at the baby Gohan look look look-
Goten - Do I really need to say anything here? Yes. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAFESNFSEINLFSEiuNFSBEFLSEFSIEUFPSifsbefisebfnsebNFsbeSBSHEs HE CUTE- uh, as I was saying, Goten is almost identical to small Goku appearance-wise. That makes him among the greatest characters of all time. I could really end it there, but the Midget of Good Fortune is so precious and I want to pat his head. A lot. Too adorable to- to adorable, to, uh... adorable... what was I saying? Regardless, he precious small and needs pats and hugs. He is also littlest Super Saiyan that I've seen so far, which is just the big cute. Going to move on before I completely lose my mind. Yes, I still have some mind left, believe it or not.
Trunks - Ah, Trucks, the character I've changed my opinion about the most. When I first saw him, I thought he was a bratty purple-haired kid who wasn't even cute. But as it turns out, he was not only not as bratty as I thought, he was actually cute. Not as cute as Goten, obviously, but still. Drunks turned out to pretty cool when he got older too. He clearly inherited his humor from his father. And yes, it's cute when he blushes. Deal with it. And like Goku, he's a rad cool Super Saiyan. Baby Trnuks was also a bit cute in his bizarre little way. It is admittedly amusing when everyone is staring down from Kami's Lookout with an expression that makes it seem like someone's been killed, and Trenks is just making baby noises in the background.
Gotenks - He is an arrogant half-purple-haired brat without a shirt. He is also darling and small and I adore him. Much like Goten, I can't wait to see the little man on the medium-sized screen. He's just so endearing and funny and dramatic and wonderful in his egotistical way. Great kid, would pat and hug and coo at. Oh, and his voice is funny, as are his skill names. And it appears he ages gracefully. Quite handsome.
Vegeta - He was a cute kid, much like basically everyone shown as a kid. And he had the most ridiculous voice, too. Impossible to take the little guy seriously, especially seeing as he was being serious. Small Veget. Now, as much as I'd like to end it here, this wouldn't be an accurate list if I didn't mention that I called him cute even when he was an adult. Yeah, I know, that is... something. I guess if you're funny and have amusing facial expressions you're cute in my book. He is hilarious though, and, stop me if you've heard this before, he's a cool Super Saiyan.
And now that I've given you essays on how the Saiyans are adorable (it's a coincidence I swear), here are a couple brief, less detailed blatherings.
Bardock - No seriously I called him cute just last night. That's what happens when you have Goku hair and a funny smile, I guess. Still bizarre to say the least though. Gokufather.
Shallot - Shallot (yeah I blurted that out last night too)
The Goku doll - Sensing a theme with the hair. Watch the original series episode "Goku's Doll" and tell me you don't think I was on heavy drugs that night. I mean, it was kinda cute because it was like a bootleg Goku, but...
Some kid whose name I never learned - You know, the one who steals Goku's stuff in the original and tries to sell them for food or something like that? Yeah I found him sorta cute. However he existed for like one episode and I have forgotten what he looked like. Imagine.
Was that a comprehensive list? Unlikely. That list feels way too small to be correct. I most likely missed a few characters due to my unreliable memory. But hey, those are most of the big ones and a couple really random ones that I recalled off the top of my head. You're welcome.
(Not Particularly) Honorable Mention: Turles
Because I called Turtles cute once, it was worth mentioning. I don't really think he's cute, but if I change my mind, you'll be the first to know.

Like all instructors, when you talk to Gotenks, he can utter numerous things. And since I apparently had nothing better to do with my time than record police bodycam footage (videos on the Switch), I stumbled across one of things he numerously uttered.
"If you wanna look really cool when you fight, you've gotta time your entrance just right!
My favorite is to show up just as the heroine is in trouble and thinks she's done for.
When you swoop in to save her at the last minute, the crowds go wild!"
At this point, you're probably wondering what this has to do with anything ever. Well, there was this one fight with Beerus, and when he seemed to be choking me (or rather, my character), Gotenks arrived to act cool and help out.
Coincidence? Probably, as instructors just join fights sometimes (it's really neat actually).
A real amusing scene when you realize how it lined up? Definitely, even though I did have like one bar of health left so I wasn't really done for.
In short, Gotenks delivers. Amazing.
