I think I've pulled off Kirbycide once or twice in 64, but I don't think they've been on purpose. I find it kind of hard to lure your opponent near the ledge and then quickly grab them and backthrow off of the ledge. Well, at least in Smash 64. Although I haven't played Kirby much in Melee, (Just found out that my copy of Melee works not too long ago.) I did pull off Kirbycide pretty easily multiple times the few times I've played him.
PSS: Which version of Smash 4? If you have 3DS I'll have to force you to fight me sometime.
