Hey Giru apparently you can change the form of Deerling in S/V. If you boot your game up in North Paldea, a Deerling will change into Winter Form. For Autumn, you boot your game up in West Paldea, for Spring, you boot your game up in East Paldea, and booting your game up in South Paldea gives you Spring. I think you were hunting Winter Deerling, so you don't need to hunt for a specific form of them. I found this out because while I was hunting for Steenee I got two male Summer Deerling instead lol
