I feel like mega evolutions were fine. They could have simply added more mega evolutions instead of Z-moves or whatever they're doing now.

My brother did the math:
If the chances of finding a shiny is 1/4096, and there are 137 bricks in Stakataka, then (assuming they are all formed separately) the chances of them all being shiny would be 1/561,152.

Somebody make like a random online generator or something so that madmen out there can actually hunt this.

So if Stakataka is just a bunch of smaller organisms then theoretically wouldn't shiny Stakataka just be regular Stakataka with like, one shiny brick. 'Cause it's less then a 1% chance of finding a shiny individual, so the chances of ALL the bricks being shiny is astronomical.
