Many countries have laws that prevent 13 year olds and under from using certain services, including some websites. You forget that you are VERY young, even for this website, and many parents don't allow their young children to be allowed on the internet at all and for good reason.

I literally said in that post you quoted that ETN WAS banned, and got unbanned. This is the second time he was banned. There's literally no reason too bother.
