I'm seeing you hide a bunch of my (and others' presumably) moveset related answers, and I'm thankful for that (most of them are REALLY, objectively bad) but there's some that don't break the rules or anything? I was hoping you could clarify.

Ok. If I ask the question about which typings force a switch, am am I allowed to answer it? And if I do, am I allowed to BA it?

Ok, I planning on building a team based around Hitmonlee. For the Unburden set, I plan on having it use Curse to raise the Attack by one stage, then the White Herb will get rid of the speed drop.

Also, is this an opinion based question: What Pokemon types usually force a switch in Competitive Battling?
