Put 4 EVs into Special Defense or Defense, instead of Attack on Kyogre.

On Zygarde, did you mean Aura Break? Zygarde doesn't have Mold Breaker. Try Leftovers on it, and you could try Outrage instead of Dragon Tail, and Dragon Dance instead of Crunch, and put 252 EVs into Speed, and 4 EVs in Special Defense, Defense, or HP.

Tapu Bulu doesn't learn Play Rough, so you can try Stone Edge/Megahorn/Superpower.

Porygon-Z isn't viable in Gen 7 AG, try Necrozma instead:
