A Nasty Plot set Mew can use in Gen 9 NU. Nasty Plot boosting Mew's Special Attack allows it to become a potent wincon. Psyshock is used for the Psychic STAB so Mew can pressure specially defensive Pokemon such as Gastrodon and Chansey. Earth Power is used to let Mew hit Steel-types such as Registeel, Magnezone, Copperajah, and Klefki super effectively. Earth Power also allows Mew to hit Alolan Muk and Overqwil super effectively. Draining Kiss lets Mew hit Dark-types such as Krookodile, Brute Bonnet, Grimmsnarl, Scrafty, and Umbreon super effectively, and it allows Mew to have HP recovery. Leftovers lets Mew have a little HP recovery each turn. Tera Fairy is used so Mew can resist Dark moves. Tera Fairy is also used to boost Draining Kiss' BP from 50 to 60 so it can deal more damage.
