Kangaskhan-Mega @ Kangaskhanite
Ability: Parental Bond
Happiness: 0
EVs: 136 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 116 Spe
Jolly Nature (what ever you want)
- Outrage
- Fury Cutter (whatever you want)
- Power-Up Punch
- Thunder Punch (whatever you want)

I have SHWEEPED many teams with this monster! You can fiddle around with the elemental punches and stuff, but the only thing I do in this thing is mega evolve, power up punch (gets you to 2 attack boosts in one attack) then spam Outrage. But this set allows me a lot of freedom with moves, so I think this kangaskhan is good.

Whirlpool + Toxic
Gen 8 ZU

Kangaskhan (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Early Bird
EVs: 252 HP / 196 SpD / 60 Spe
Careful Nature
- Whirlpool
- Toxic
- Body Slam
- Rest

Some Kangaskan sets are Whirlpool + Toxic in ZU, and can be used to surprise opponents. Whirlpool is to trap Pokemon who don't have a pivot move and they aren't a ghost type. Toxic is to poison opposing Pokémon and works well with Whirlpool, as Whirlpool makes opposing Pokémon worn down a little faster. Body Slam is for STAB. Rest is for healing and allows you to shrug off status conditions, and with Early Bird, you can now be asleep for one turn. 252 EVs are invested in HP. 60 Speed EVs allow your to outspeed Pokémon who are outspeeding Adamant Centiskorch. The rest are dumped into special defense.

This move set is for gen 4 & up
Kangaskhan @ Leftovers
Ability: Scrappy
Shiny: No
EVs: 128 HP / 252 Atk / 128 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Substitute
- Return
- Sucker Punch
- Focus Punch
I don't choose my Kangaskhan to be too fast, the point of my move set is to set up sub.
Once Substitute is around, Focus Punch is just so much fun to use, and because of scrappy, later generations with those pesky ghost steel type Pokemon will be hit HARD. Return is for stab, I would replace it with Double-Edge for gens like 8 and so on, and if you also want it to hit hard. Lastly Sucker Punch, not only is it priority, but with my move set for Kangaskhan, there will always be some enemy Pokemon with 20 hp or lower, so you can get rid of the thing before it gets the last hit.

Is there a specific purpose behind 128 HP EVs? You would be better off with 252 EVs in speed if not.
