These things make me think of a weaker version of Forretress. How about these sets:

Cloak form-A bug/grass type. Lots of weaknesses, and can be a special sweeper... with low speed. needs trick room support if you go that way.

Leaf storm/Energy Ball-STAB, leaf storm for all out power, energy ball for reliability.

toxic-Stalls the foe and slowly kills.

Protect, drag out toxic long enough to finish foe off.

psychic/synthesis/Hidden power (rock)-covers poison weakness, synthesis to restore health, hidden power would cover most of its weaknesses.

Sand form-This one is a bug/Ground type. This one has the best physical sweeping moves, but not really

Earthquake- A STAB earthquake can do some real damage

Rock tomb or hidden power (rock)-a Rock type move covers nearly all of her weaknesses.

Toxic-He still can hold her own with those defenses.

Protect/Iron defense/sandstorm-Protect lets her drag out toxic longer so she can finish off the foe with the attacks. Sandstorm for even more damage/

Trash form-This one is a bug/Steel type, so it only has one weakness. That works perfectly since she has the ability anticipation to tell any super effective moves.

Gyro ball/Flash cannon-STAB, goes perfect with her low speed. Her base special attack is higher, but EV training can fix that. flash cannon works better with her special attack and is also STAB, it's your choice.

Stealth Rock-I hate this move, but it is pretty powerful, I'll admit.

Toxic-slowly kills foe.

Iron defense/protect/-Makes her harder to kill with iron defense. Protect lets you stall and scout out your opponent's moves

all 3 can also learn the moves endure and endeavor. So you can cut your opponent's HP to one. Then you can use Sucker punch as a Priority move. (You're opponent will probably try to attack you so they can get you before you get them, so sucker punch should work.)

In my opinion the Trash form is the best. They also work well with a trick room set.
