How do you find Arceus?

My brother wants to know where you find Arceus.

Arceus is from a event or by using AR(action replay) codes

Item Needed:Azure Flute
Go to Oreburgh, enter the mountain and head for the very top - Spear Pillar. Stand on the flute and it will ask if you want to play. Say yes and some stairs will appear go forward and the game will automatically drag you to Arceus.

The event was a real life event that happend at participating Toys"R"Us. Sadly the event passed and was from November 7th through November 15th.
