Question

Please show their original tier and what tier they're in up to date, and all their tier changes.

Ex. Hydreigon was in OU, but it was moved to UU and then back to OU again. Right?

GL? One set doesn't make a Pokemon go up or down. Usually. Charizard got moved down because of SR, and because it wasn't used enough.

It's LC, and FEAR is an awful strategy to use, being both cheap and uneffective.

And yeah, usage. Let's take Infernape in OU, for example. If it gets less than 3.14% of usage in OU, it gets dropped to UU. Same thing for all tier except LC and Ubers. And no, it's not. Not in any tier except OU, where even there other Pokemon are preferred.

3 months is when they update the tiers. So, with that theory, I believe they've already done it this month.

Are you asking about this month or the totality of time that tiers have existed? I don't have enough energy to answer the latter; tier changes for this month have been asked already:
