Go Persian, go!

Liepard
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Snarl
- Taunt / Grass Knot
- Shadow Ball

  • Nasty Plot (Broaden your horizon. Watch as I use Nasty Plot to make this guy somewhat decent. Always goes first thanks to Prankster.)
  • Snarl (Yep, Dark STAB. Lowers the foe's Special Attack for sure as well. It will become very powerful thanks to Nasty Plot.)
  • Taunt / Grass Knot (Make use of going first to stop your foe from using status moves. Or make use of Nasty Plot with Grass Knot.)
  • Shadow Ball (Makes more use of Nasty Plot.)

Purrloin @ Focus Sash / Eviolite
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe (Alt: LC EVs)
Adamant Nature
- Taunt
- Thunder Wave
- Swagger
- Foul Play

For use in NU or LC. Taunt basically screws up other Pranksters, Thunder Wave is paralysis. Swagger is for Parahax. Foul Play is STAB and Swagger boost.

I like this one

Liepard @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Substitute
- Thunder Wave
- Swagger
- Foul Play

This one is annoying

I only see support sets on this mon. Time to go a little offensive.

Liepard @ Choice Band
Ability: Prankster / Limber
Jolly Nature
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
- Knock Off
- Shadow Claw
- Play Rough
- Trick / U-turn

Liepard can do decent damage when equipped with a Choice Band. Knock Off is great STAB, and Shadow Claw and Play Rough are coverage. Use Prankster if you're running Trick, or Limber if you're running U-turn.

Double/Triple Battle

Liepard (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Fury Swipes
- Snarl
- Swagger
- Thunder Wave

So, Liepard is useless except as a lead (where it is iffy even then). But in multi-battles, it becomes just plain useless. So, time to help out the team. Swagger for Own Tempo Pokemon, Thunder Wave to take care of an annoying foe, Snarl to lower Special Attack and do minor damage, and Fury Swipes to activate Weak Armor.

Liepard (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Limber
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Grass Knot
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Fighting]

1 Nasty Plot = 602 Special Attack.

Now you have a bunch of coverage moves to try to take your opponent down with.
Shadow Ball + HP Fighting gives some good coverage, while Grass Knot is for the occasion that you have a heavier (and bulkier) opponent come in on you.

I like this liepard set! Its pretty strategic (probably) to make use of this assassin of the NU.

Liepard @ Liechi Berry
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Fake Out
- Night Slash
- Aerial Ace
- Sucker Punch

A late game player. It works best on the verge of failure, increasing its Attack and doubling its Speed, becoming a perfect assassin of NU. It's not practical but it is effective, and I love it.

Here's a great set to annoy people in conjunction with a U-turn/Fake Out/Regenerator Mienshao!

Liepard
Ability: Prankster / Limber
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- Fake Out
- Sucker Punch
- Aerial Ace / Taunt / Thunder Wave

U-turn: Scouting, momentum.
Fake Out: Entry move, breaks Subs, Sturdy, etc.
Sucker Punch: Great priority, STAB
Aerial Ace / Taunt / Thunder Wave: Ace is for coverage, while Taunt or Thunder Wave are for a Prankster set.

Like previously stated, this set combos extremely well with a regenerator Mienshao, and it also makes a fairly decent lead/scout.

Liepard is one of my favorite Dark types for whatever reason. It did see some use from me in RU, not too shabby for what it did as a Knock Off and Prankster user. There's probably better stuff out there though.

Ozelot (Liepard) @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Taunt
- Encore / Thunder Wave
- Knock Off
- U-turn / Fake Out

Taunt is a nice move to have with Prankster, allowing you to stop setups. Encore is pretty trolly stuff and it can save your team if you can get it off at the right time, or you can use Thunder Wave to cripple. Knock Off is a handy STAB move to cripple item users. The last slot is a matter of preference; I prefer using U-turn or Fake Out.

Dark Pulse (Good power, STAB, & 20% flinch rate)

The 2nd Set

Liepard @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Encore
- Substitute
- Swagger
- Foul Play

Encore (For setting up)
Substitute (For protection & deciding when to use Encore)

Role: Fast physical sweeper and status inflict mix.

Liepard @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Fake Out
- Taunt
- Thunder Wave

Sucker Punch: STAB priority if opponent uses an attacking move.
Fake Out: Flinches opponent and has priority, but it can only be used on the first turn it is sent out.
Taunt: Prevents your opponent from using non attacking moves for 3 turns (Sucker Punch benefits from this)
Thunder Wave: Halves Speed and 25% chance your opponent can't make a move.

Fake Turn Thief

Liepard
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Thief
- Fake Out
- U-turn
- Snatch

Fake Out resets every time you switch out and back in, and U-turn makes it possible to annoy your opponent with a flinch anytime (except if you run out of Pokémon to switch in). If you steal a consumable item with Thief, Unburden just speeds you up, and you can still sprinkle over some stat boosts, protections, and recovery with Snatch.

EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Play Rough
- U-turn
- Copycat

by
you don't explain copycat, which is usually a very bad move. In addition, Prankster Liepard is way better

You do realize that Absolite is useless and Jolly nature lowers Special Attack, right? Use Timid

Liepard @ Focus Sash
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Modest Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Taunt
- Fake Out
- Dark Pulse

This set is meant to cripple your opponent. Use Taunt to ruin your opponent’s rock setup. Fake Out is in case you run into a sweeper. Nasty Plot and Dark Pulse are for offensive options.

Gen 8 ZU Weather Setter
Liepard
Liepard @ Heat Rock / Damp Rock
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- U-turn
- Encore
- Sunny Day / Rain Dance

Weather setter. Heat Rock is if you choose Sunny Day, and Damp Rock is for if you choose Rain Dance. Knock Off is STAB and removes the opponent's item. Encore locks the opponent into one move, so be sure to lock the Pokemon into using a status move. U-Turn is for pivoting once you set up the weather you choose.
