Can you baton pass the speed boost of chlorophyll?

I wanna know if it will... Same for swift swim or any other weather boosts. Thanks!

No, you can not. Since Chlorophyll is an ability, and only boosts speed for Pokemon with that ability only, it is impossible to Baton Pass the speed boost. Same goes for Swift Swim and Sand Rush.
