In HeartGold, where does it show the PKRS symbol?

I'm sure the lady at the PokeCenter said my pokemon had the Pokerus. That was a few weeks ago and maybe it faded, but I don't see any symbols on any of my pokemon.

In Platinum, it showed a smiley face when the virus faded - is that on HG/SS too? And where on the pokemon profile is it?

OK, I've actually had the pokerus so I would know this! It says next to their lvl, and once theyve lost it, theres a yellow smiley in the bottom right corner of their picture above where it says their item:)
