I've been lookin through Pokemon to see how annoying I can make my teams, and I thought, "hey, why can't other people as well!!". So, this is where you can!!

What is a troll Pokemon I hear you ask? Well, it's a Pokemon that is so annoying that it makes your opponents tear their hair out and cry in a corner. It's so impossible to get passed you feel like never ever playing Pokemon again. And it's so funny to use you might die from laughter after seeing the amount of ragequits they cause.

So, basically, I want to see everyone's favorite annoying Pokemon and annoying sets to go with it!

Btw it can be any tier, but the sets have to actually work and cannot just be "in theory".

Please follow standard moveset thread guidelines when answering this question.

I'm just saying that if you want to win and annoy opponents at the same time, you'll probably get better movesets by Googling stall sample team.
I like using a Smeargle that knows Telekinesis and Smack Down with Recover and Thunder Wave :P

It can shred through any team that doesnt have grass types,
it has recover to regenerate health,
it has stockpile to increase both defense stats,
and toxic+infestation to deal constant damage.
The unaware ability, if you dont know, prevents it taking extra damage from the opposing Pokemons stat changes, making it a really useful tool for any stalling team.

The core of this strategy is to have only Spore on Smeargle so Liepard's Assist will always use it.
Prankster will grant priority on Assist, Substitute and Nasty Plot, and Liepard's high speed is enough to outspeed most pokémons when using Dark Pulse.
Leftovers is useful to recover the HP lost due to Substitute.

Steps:
1: Start with Liepard
2: Use Assist (= Spore)
3: Use Substitute
4: If enemy is still sleeping, use Nasty Plot. If opponent woke up, go back to step 2
5: Repeat until 4x Sp. Atk.
6: Start sweeping with Dark Pulse
7: Profit!

Notes:
- Before using Dark Pulse, make sure the opponent is sleeping and (most important!) your substitute is up, because you can be easily OHKOed if he doesn't get knocked out.
- Don't be afraid to switch to Smeargle if you have to. E.g: you are taunted, lost your substitute and still didn't use the 3 Nasty Plots. In these cases, the best scenario is Smeargle dying rather than switching back to Liepard to avoid the risk of getting knocked out on switching back. That's why we don't have Leftovers, Focus Sash or Moody on him.

Known counters:
- Grass type. You can't use Spore, thus you can't setup. Of couse, if the grass type comes after you have 4x Sp. Atk., you still have a chance.
- Magic Bounce: Same logic: you can't use Spore. There are some cases where you can still do something, e.g. if it's an Espeon, since you can still kill it because of your type advantage. If it's a Sableye, you can start with Substitute and hope for the best. Other than these two, you are pretty much screwed
- Higher priority (e.g. Extremespeed etc): you can get low to a point that you can't use Substitute anymore
- Moves that bypass substitute: bug buzz, hyper voice etc

This set will work. BUT If there is a Pokemon that cant be poisoned, Your Done.

Since there's no gen 7 Troll sets yet I thought I would be the first one to post an answer for gen 7. Well... Here you go...

Porygon-Z @ Normalium Z
Ability: Adaptability
Ev's: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 SpD

Explanation: What about this? Z-Conversion Porygon-Z. Z-Conversion raises all of PZ's stats by One Stage each and turns PZ into an Electric type. Magnet Rise makes PZ immune to Ground type moves for 5 turns so no weaknesses whe PZ turns into an Electric type. Thunderbolt is STAB when Converted into an Electric type and with adaptability boat STAB move to 2x Power instead of the usual 1.5x along with the 10% Paralysis Chance. Ice Beam hits the oh so common Ground types like Garchomp and Landorus-Therian along with the 10% Freeze chance.

Use the z power for evee with eevium z and last resort witch does extreeme evee boost boosting all stats X2 then use baton pass to krookodile then power trip your way to victory the rest of the team and move sets doesn't matter but do have other moves on krookodile in case of imunities.

Use minimize until you are at max evasion and then either trick twice to burn opponent and regain flame orb or rest. Flare boost makes your shadow ball painful to anything except normal types as long as you are burned and you can burn anything with trick and still keep the flame orb by double tricking.

I absolutely love using Clefable in 1v1 battle or trolling other people in general. Here's what I use:

Clefable @ Sitrus Berry
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 Def / 4 SpAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature

  • Cosmic Power
  • Soft-Boiled
  • Any move you need for your team
  • Stored Power

First, use Cosmic Power to get that Def and SpDef up. That way, you can be sure that Clefable can withstand any attack. If you're feeling ambitious, than max that Def and sped all the way up to really piss off your opponent. Soft-Boiled is there to heal up if your opponent has any super-effective and/or powerful move. The Magic Guard ability ensures that Clefable doesn't take any damage from burns or poison. I would think that you'd probably want your Def and SpDef really high. Stored Power adds 20 more power for each of the user's stat boosts, so that would match Cosmic Power nicely. The last slot is saved for moves that you either enjoy using or need type coverage on, so that's your choice. In case the opponent immediately takes the Clefable's HP away, the Sitrus Berry will immediately heal up.

I've beaten so many threats, like Arceus, Ultra necrozma, Mega-blaziken, charizard, and Rayquaza, with this set. I can't even count on 2 hands how many times I've made people rage with this set.

1) Agility
2) Swords dance/Hone claws gen 7
3) Shadow claw
4) leech life

Shedinja isnt the fastest, so use aglity and it outspeeds just about anything, and if you can get up a swords dance you can ohko just about anything. Leech life is there to help regain health, because shedinja is extremely bulky. shadow claw is good for crits. Use a focus sash so you can get an agility up, or if you like the risk lum berry.

Come in on a set up mon/defensive Pokemon, then Trick the Choice Scarf. Congratulations! Your enemy has been locked into a status move. Then, you can set up with Cosmic Power, then deal good damage with all of those boosts + STAB. Rest allows you to heal from status and is Gothitelle's only recovery, but you can use Taunt in scenarios like this where you want to kill your opponent via Struggle damage and can't do much damage with Stored Power.

Details:

Basically, this is a F.E.A.R strat that can actually work pretty well in doubles. Sturdy allows you to take a hit. Endeavor knocks the target below 13HP (Togedemaru's max HP with this set is 12), meaning your ally's next attack will very likely get the KO (I say it like that because of Sitrus / Pinch Berries). The Shell Bell heals back all damage dealt after an Endeavor and allows Sturdy to activate again. Spiky Shield blocks attacks and damages the attacker(s). This is incredible for Togedemaru, since one of the best ways to defeat it is by double teaming it. Make sure you dont have an abusable Spiky Shield Pattern, though. Nuzzle and Fake Out are mainly filler, but have still have purpose. The former causes guaranteed paralysis while the former flinches the opponent, allowing an ally to more safely set Trick Room if they know that. Speaking of which, F.E.A.R Togedemaru becomes even more terrifying in Trick Room. It'll outspeed everything, including Stakataka (the slowest viable Pokémon in DOU and DUbers), so it's ally can finish off the target in that exact same turn.

Good methods for dealing with this monster are:

  1. Double Teams. This requires Spiky Shield reads, but if you can catch one, you can kill Togedemaru the following turn.

  2. Multi-Hit moves. Two hits in one turn are what it takes to defeat F.E.A.R Togedemaru.

  3. Moves / Abilities that ignore other abilities. Mold Breaker, Neutralizing Gas, Photon Geyser, etc. They all ignore Sturdy.

  4. Urshifu-Rapid-Strike. Ignores Spiky Shield and has a multi-hit move.

Have fun ruining people's day in doubles!

The one problem is that some Pokemon like Landorus or Strong Fighting Types can kill before trick room being up.

Other then that it is a really good sweeper and Its best used in Ru UU and OU Singles so Hope it works for you.

It is best paired with a Grassy Surge Pokemon AE: The Grookey Line.

National Dex Monotype (Bug)

Araquanid @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Bubble
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD

- Rest

Probably my favorite Araquanid set at the time of writing this. This is a specially defensive Spider Web trapper set than can get rid of Pokemon like Toxapex and Heatran. Trap them with Spider Web, use Soak to turn them to a water type to get rid of the poison and/or steel typing. With the trapped Pokemon, you can use Toxic after you use Soak on a poison / steel type (or immediately after trapping a Pokemon with Spider Web if you trap a Pokemon that doesn't have a steel and/or posion typing.) Rest is to fully recover while you're trapped victim gets slowly worn down by Toxic. Use this with Galvantula for a Sticky Web setter.

Iron Defense Body Press Bronzong sets are annoying to deal with, so here is a Rest variant. IronPress Bronzong can be hard to deal with and once it sets up, it can 6-0 teams that don't have an answer to it.(Ironpress Bronzong sets can be really splashabale as well) Iron Defense is to boost your defense and makes you a setup sweeper. Body Press nails stuff with your boosted defense. Psychic is for STAB that is used for Pokemon like Toxicroak, Salazzle, and Vileplume. Rest allows you to fully recover and let's your opponent know that Bronzong isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Rest Bronzong for some reason gives off Cresselia vibes. The EV spread above is also customizable as well, but the 252 HP and 88+ Def is mandatory to avoid a 2HKO from Tyrantrum's Head Smash.

How to dehydrate your opponents-

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 100 HP / 248 Def / 160 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Toxic
- Defense Curl
- Rest
- Protect

This set works best when you Mean Look or Block a special attacking Pokemon, then Baton Pass the effects to Blissey; for this strategy I'd say Umbreon is your best option because it goes well with Stall teams and is a decent Support Pokemon with access to Taunt, Wish etc.
Anyways, the point is to Toxic your opponent and then spam Defense Curl until you are at max defense. You can also spam Defense Curl while waiting for your enemy to faint as it has 64 PP. Rest is to heal. Protect is to further stall Toxic damage. The stat spread is a little weird but its required in order to get the best results.

Gothitelle does exactly this but better with Cosmic Power/Rest/Charm/Recycle and a Leppa Berry to restore move PP. It also has Shadow Tag so it doesn't need any teammate's support.
1. The set you suggested can't even damage the opponent. The only to take out opponents is to wait for them to struggle which is, yes, annoying for the opponent, but it's also annoying for you since you have to do it for every single pokemon.
2. The part where you first bring out your Blissey / Gothitelle is really the only time your defenses really matter, and Blissey tanks hits during that time better.
- That's exactly what Gothitelle does -- it drains the opponent's PP and then mercilessly watches them struggle to death.
- Goth isn't supposed to come in on any pokémon lol, send it in against a sweeper and it'll most likely die. Nor is it supposed to eliminate entire teams as most teams run some kind of a phaser. It's supposed to eliminate certain support pokémon and make way for your sweeper to sweep later. It requires predictions and is more strategic, yes, but the way it eliminates pokémon is extremely troll and annoying.

Also, your Blissey set is walled by Steel and Poison types who can even use you as setup bait and aim for a crit.
Anyway, I think our pokémon serve different purposes so there's really no point in continuing this, but I still wanted to mention about Goth as it's really similar to the set you posted.

Giga Drain > Calm Mind imo. Helps with Dark-type pokémon with Taunt, and the Special Attack boost isn't really necessary when it's supposed to stall. The BDSP Random Battles set also runs Giga Drain.

Blissy has so much HP and can be a pain to take care of. Flint's drifblim's minimize mongaloid set will make your opponent want to RQ.

Counter to destroy the opposing Pokemon if you get hit with a physical attack. Stealth rock to set hazard and thunder wave to possibly stall a few turns. Soft boiled to heal after your opponent hits you low and think they can finish you off.

EVs: 152 Def / 104 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Strength Sap
- Minimize
- Baton Pass
- Will-O-Wisp

Strength sap and Minimize are some of the most annoying moves in the game for obvious reasons. Baton pass to pass over those stats and will-o-wisp to lower targets attack.
