Error code 51099 in Pearl?

Question

When I try to connect to Nintendo WFC it says there is no compatible access point. For some reason there is no infrared connection though it works fine on white 2? Any ideas what to do/what is wrong? Thanks in advance :)

That isn't infrared. That is actual internet. You need to get WEP in the internet settings in order to get to the internet in Pearl. I have no clue how your internet operates, most likely right now it is WPA2. You can change it though, in your internet settings in the administrater's control. I don't know where to access it though.
