Where's the Alakazite?

I've looked through just about everywhere and didn't find the B3 floor.

All I can tell you is it's somewhere in the Kalos region. :P

It's a complicated one and really hard to explain with words.
It requires upgrading your Mega Ring after defeating the Elite Four and then going into Reflection Cave at 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM and finding a hidden passage reflected in a mirror.

As I said, it's too hard to explain with words so just watch this and skip to 2:22.
