Why did brock stop to travel with ash in unova?

On the last episode in sinnoh,Brock started to show interest in becoming a Pokemon doctor.So when they went to Kanto Brock stayed to study.hope I helped.

Well, he left at the end of Sinnoh. I think it was to go and complete his goal to be a Pokemon breeder! There will be a special episode where Cilan and Brock meet up...I don't know about Ash and Iris though..It's main focus is about Cilan and Brock.
