How can I increase my chances of encountering Legendary Pokemon?

I need to know how to bring up the chances of encountering legendary Pokemon is there a way to do that or am I just stuck with the same chance s always? (in x and y )

What is the location your talking about? You can't find legendary Pokemon randomly frolicking in the wild. x)

I think they mean how do you increase the chances of finding a roaming pokemon(Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres)

It isn´t a chance it´s just right place. You need to check the pokedex after you see one of them the first time. And you can´t catch it when you see it nor battle it.
