Just want to know how much damage it would do since it looks pretty heavy.

it's not gonna be a lot. You have to take into account the fact that Venusaur has a 4x resistance to Grass.

Grass Know - Base 100 power on Venusaur due to it being 100 KG/ 220.5 Ibs.
Factor in 4x resist - technically base 25 power.
Actual damage take in HP terms wil vary depending on the Pokemon you're using, it's special attack, whether you get STAB or not, Venusaur's investment on HP/S.Def etc.
