Regarding Pokemon Bank?

There are two things I need answered that can and cannot be answered right away. Worry later. Here are these two things.

1. Will Hacked Pokémon be allowed through Pokémon Bank Itself or Poke Transporter?

2. Will specific Pokémon cannot be transferred through B/W/B2/W2 over to Pokémon Bank?

1. According to this thread, it seems that Pokemon that were made online with PokeGen or whatever, can get through as long as everything is legitimate with them. If they are illegal, for example Wonder Guard Sableye, then it won't get through. But it depends on how strong the censor will be.

2. I highly doubt it.
