Is the chance added? Multiplied? What happens?

Well, it's two seperate chances.

For example, the game will calculate if Poison Jab will induce the Poison, and then, if it fails, it will calculate if Poison Touch will induce the poison.
So they aren't stacked, it's just two separate chances to induce.

Ah I wish it would stack :p.
Well, there goes THAT OU strategy of cheap poison.

Oh well, two 30% chances gives me good odds.

If the Pokemon makes contact by using a move like slash on you the poison touch chance applies and the poison jab chance applies when you use poison jab on another Pokemon.

It's also the same thing as thunder punch and static, flame body and fire fang, ect.
