I've always wanted a Luxray on my Pokemon B2 team, but I have noticed you can't catch a shinx to evolve it into a Luxray in Pokemon Black 2. I was just wondering if there is any other possible way to catch one in the game.
No. The only possible way to obtain one would be to transfer it over (post-game only), or trade for one. You would be able to get one in the Dream World, but unfortunately the Dream World shut down.
