Protean Greninja STAB?

Say your battling with a protean greninja, and you use ice beam. If the next turn, you used ice beam, would you get STAB?

Yes, you would. In fact, you get STAB on the first Ice Beam as well, since you type changes before you use the moves. This is why Protean is such an incredible ability; you essentially have STAB on everything, and you can play mind games with your opponent by changing your type to resist a predicted attack.
