What happens if I try to transfer a hacked Pokemon?

Im a get nintendo ID today so I thought what happens if I transfer a hacked Pokemon?
Do I get banned or what?

Depending on the Pokemon stats it will either go through or not go through it differs from time to time.But as long as the Pokemon is made legit it with everything matching up it may pass
But Nothing will happen if it goes through.If it does not go through it will not show up to trasfer and will remain in your BW box but nothing will happen to you
