How can l get TM19 Giga Drain for my Emerald?

I want to get the TM19 Giga Drain for my Emerald, but l don't know how to get one.
Does anyone know ANY way possible to get one?

• l do have two Gameboy Advances and a Link Cable in my possesion, so you know a way to get one in Sapphire or Fire Red, please indicate, and thank you very much!

TM19 Giga Drain is found on Route 123 in Pokémon /Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald.

Route 123 passes by a soft soil patch [...] To the left of the soil patch is a girl who loves Grass-type Pokémon. If the player speaks with a Grass-type in their party, she will give the player TM19 (Giga Drain)

Another way to obtain it is through the Trainer Hill. It is given out as a prize for completing Unique Mode in under 12 minutes.

Ways to obtain TM19 Giga Drain in Sapphire are mentioned above, while it is given out as a prize for defeating Erika in FR/LG.

GO to lilycove swim Down across the mountain where you get the orbs.swim past until you reach route 123 and a girl facing a tree will give it to you if you talk to her. this works in emerald, ruby, and saphire.
