I Heard Giga Drain Had A Higher Base Power in Gen V. Is This True? I Really Want To Know. If So, How Much Power Does It Have Now? If It Has Good Power, It Would Be A Great Move For Jaroda with its new base 113 Sp. Attack.

Yes it appears that's the case. It's now base power 75 instead of 60. All the other attributes are the same.

Drain Punch has also gained more power. There are some other move changes as well.
