Frozen on Deleting save data?

Pretty much the sentence. I bought a used copy of Pokemon x and there was already a save on it, I immediately tried to delete the game data, but it just freezes right after the yes on "Is it really OK to delete this saved data" I thought it was just taking its time to delete, but its been a half hour now.

Your copy of Pokemon X is unfortunately glitched (maybe because it isnt legit, but I dont know where you bought it so...), the only thing you can do is ask for a refund from where you got it.

If you still have the receipt, return it to the store and buy another copy if you can. Other than that, I can't tell you any more.
