Does Evosoda work for Mega-Evolution? (tcg)?

Question

Search your deck for a card that evolves from 1 of your Pokémon and put it onto that Pokémon. (This counts as evolving that Pokémon.) Shuffle your deck afterward. You can't use this card during your first turn or on a Pokémon that was put into play this turn.

Does this include Mega-Evolution, such as using this card to search for a Mega-Venusaur to put on a Venusaur?

Evosoda

This soda really pops! Evosoda let's you do two great things with just one Trainer card: search your deck for an Evolution card that evolves from any of your Pokémon in play, and then use it to evolve that Pokémon. Here's a fun trick: you can use Evosoda to find a Mega Evolution card too!

It says that you can find but I think you can evolve, after that your turn ends..
