What the heck happened to smogon?

Question

I was doing some uber battles in smogon and some weird things have been happening.

1. A battled a diancie in uber, not hackmons!
2. I battled a drifblim that used minimize, this shouldn't be allowed because no raising evasiveness clause.

Is there something special in smogon today or something? Thanks!

1. Diancie was recently released In Japan. It is now fully legal to use Diancie
2. Ubers does not have an evasion clause or OHKO clause, and only bans the use of Moody and Swagger
