Breeding Mudkip and Psyduck?

Can I breed Mudkip and Psyduck and get a Mudkip?

Yes they are able to breed because they are in the same egg group; Water 1. And if you need another mudkip make sure the mudkip you have is female and the psyduck should be male. Hope I helped!
