Is Rocky Helmet a good item for Terrakion to hold?

I'm trying to help my brother make an OU team, but he is confused as to what his Terrakion should hold. Is this a good item for Terrakion?

It already has a rocky head... Why does it need more?

It can be. Although, I would recommend the Choice Band or the Choice Scarf for Terrakion. Here are some sets:

Terrakion@Choice Scarf
Trait: Justified
Adamant or Jolly Nature
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 HP
Moves:
-Close Combat
-Rock Slide
-X-Scissor
-Earthquake

Terrakion@Choice Band
Trait: Justified
Adamant or Jolly Nature
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 HP
Moves:
-Stone Edge
-Sacred Sword
-Superpower(Transfer from B2W2)
-Iron Head(Transfer from B2W2)
