Glass Cannon = Powerful Attacker that goes down easily

The only three Electric types that would really be considered glass cannons are Jolteon, Heliolisk, and Galvantula, none of which are particularly good (I know Galvantula has Sticky Web, but I'm talking about as an all out attacker). So I suggest using Mega Manectric, since it seems to be the type of Pokemon you're looking for. The following set is the one that I would choose to use:

Manectric @ Manectite
Ability: Lightningrod --> Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Overheat
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Volt Switch

If you already have a Mega on your team, you could use Thundurus(-T), Raikou, or something like that.

Specs helioisk RU
Jolteon RU
Thundorus-T OU
Scarfed Electrivire NU
There are others but these really stand out for speed and power.

I like Heliolisk. It has a good range of moves - Thunderbolt, Surf, and Dark Pulse are the particularly notable ones. It works particularly well in weather (its abilities make use of Rain, Sun, and Sand), but can still do well without it. With its Defence it can't take many physical hits, but it is very fast and has high Special Attack.

Having him on a sun team will make him even more frail and powerful because of Solar Power, but you probably won't want to use Surf if you do that.

I don't know if this guy counts as a glass cannon, but he fits being one.
I give you... This guy!

Galvantula can be an extremely useful Pokemon, capable of running many different sets, consisting of special, support, physical or even mixed. Most people give galvantula a focus sash, to set up sticky web 'n stuff like that. Galvantula only has one weakness, which is fire, making it very useful in rain teams. Here is a good set that I would recommend:

Galvantula @ Focus Sash
Trait: Compoundeyes
Timid Nature
EVs: 252 SpA, 252 Spe, 4 SpD
Moves:
Agility
Electro Ball
Bug Buzz
Thunder

Now you may be wondering why this Galvantula has Agility, because he is fast enough. However, when you use agility when your sash activates, electro ball is a must. Bug Buzz is STAB, good power, used when there is a ground type in battle, and thunder is there because wynaut?
Hope I helped!

Why was it downvoted? Its a perfectly fine answer!
Because Galvantula isnt fragile nor is a sweeper.
Its still a good strategy and answer.
It's fragile but not a very good sweeper.
