What does B1F or B2F refer to?

i thought I would get a Riolu in Challanger's Cave but I didn't encounter one. Then when I checked where I could find Riolu, it told me at B1F. So, what are these B1F and B2F and how do you get there?

That's referring to the first floor of the area going down instead of up. So basically, go into Challenger's Cave, find the first set of stairs that go down and you're on B1F. On B1F, find another set of stairs the go down and they'll take you to B2F. Same goes for any other area that has bottom floors.

It stands for Basement 1st Floor, or Basement 2nd Floor.
