I have a Jolly Eevee, and I am wondering whether to use it or not.

Leafeon.
With good atk and decent speed, Leafeon benefits the most from a jolly nature helping it excel as a physical sweeper for lower tiers. Plus if its an HA one it will gain chlorophyll which will double its speed in sunny weather.

Even though there's a BA already, I see that both these guys forgot one thing, called Flareon!

If you run a Jolly nature on flareon, use flame charge, and have guts activate to your toxic orb, you have one heck of a sweeper. Check out the set below:

Flareon @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Guts
Jolly Nature
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 SpD

~Flame Charge; to boost its mediocre speed to high levels
~Protect; have your Toxic Orb activate safely
~Facade; 'Nuff said
~Flare Blitz; Flareon's high attack, guts, STAB, and high power makes this guy a beast

Hope I helped!

Beat by Flash Fire Chandelure
still good
Comparing Chandelure to  Flareon is like comparing Kyogre to Magikarp.
The only thing they have in common is their fire typing. Completely different tiers, stats, abilities, roles, and movepools.  :/
I'm sure you would use Flareon in UU with Chandys running around

Leafeon or Umbreon.

Leafeon benefits a lot from a jolly nature allowing for full sweeping capabilities in RU and NU(I Think). Also,a jolly nature with swords dance on a sun team is boss.

Umbreon, benefits not as much but can help. Most are stallers and speed can help a staller. Some use payback but it is not a necessity on Umbreon.

Tl;dr, go with Leafeon on a sun team or with swords dance.
