I'm using this Furfrou at NU team and I'm curious to know.

Furfrou @ Leftovers
Ability: Fur Coat
EVs: 128 HP / 128 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Cotton Guard
- Toxic
- Rest
- Return

Lets say I successfully put my Furfrou with +6 Defense with Maximum health. Can any physical move OHKO him without any attack boost from the attacker?
I know that Sacred Sword, critical-hit, status move (Toxic, etc), 1HKO moves (Fissure) can OHKO him so they don't count.
This counts every Pokémon, even Ubers, forget the NU tier.

Sacred Sword won't kill either, as it takes the defense stat into account.
Sacred Sword inflicts damage, ignoring the target's Defense and evasion boosts. However, Sacred Sword does not bypass Reflect. - Bulbapedia
252+ SpA Choice Specs Keldeo Secret Sword vs. +6 128 HP / 128 Def Fur Coat Furfrou: 72-85 (22.2 - 26.3%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery

Apparently not
252+ Atk Choice Band Guts Conkeldurr Focus Punch vs. +6 128 HP / 128 Def Fur Coat Furfrou: 201-237 (62.2 - 73.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

close enough
Qwerty he is talking about sacred sword not secret sword

Yes.

There are some Pokemon that indeed can do it, albeit with some bit of luck. However, I seriously doubt you'll ever come across one of these...

Dugtrio @ Focus Sash
Ability: Arena Trap
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
Fissure

It can also be a Pokemon with Guillotine or Horn Drill if you want. However this is pretty impractical, for obvious reasons (low accuracy, unreliability etc).

Otherwise the other way is to get rid of all those boosts and then defeating your Furfrou, with the help of moves like Haze.

If you're looking for brute force methods though, no. There are none that can take it on with all of those boosts in belt, at least not with a physical attack.

Hope I helped!

1HKO moves.. not i'm not refering to them to '-' ofc that would kill him in 1 hit
^ plus they're banned in all forms of competitive
Yes. [Filler]
And that's why I added a last line there. As a fun fact though, they are not really banned officially, only by smogon, and also happen to be physical moves
Ok. Thanks!
