As of Generation IX:

/nds prankster, (roar|whirlwind):
Murkrow, Riolu

Prankster only boosts status moves by +1 priority, so Roar and Whirlwind will still have -5 priority.

Showdown commands

Riolu

Prankster + Roar. Be aware that Roar will simply go from -6 to -5 with Prankster, it will not become +1. Until Generation 5 though, it was possible by using Roar via Copycat though.
