Why hasn't Arceus got his own game?

When, or will Arceus ever get his own game where he is the main legendary?

Answer 1

Because that's the way the writers/programmers designed it. But, Arceus is part of the supporting cast in generation 4, so maybe, come the Sinnoh remakes, Arceus can finally be the star.
