Any Good Contest Moves for Milotic?

I am attempting to blaze through the contests in the game and figured a milotic would be a good Pokemon to go with. My main question is are there any set of moves that would be good or could win master rank for all five. Submitting a set of moves for each contest is encouraged, moves are limited to any the Milotic can learn or be taught in game.

Of the above moves, Milotic can learn (combos in bold): Calm Mind, Hypnosis (egg move), Flail (Feebas), Hail, Icy Wind (move tutor), Blizzard, Rain Dance, Rest, Snore (move tutor), and Sleep Talk.
